Shipping Policy

This document sets out the shipping policy that applies to customers that make a purchase at the Joyfaithstrength.com Store. If you purchase from an affiliate site, their policy would apply. Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

Free shipping is available on select items in the store. For other items shipping policy is determined by the facility where the product is being produced.

Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent on Monday or on the next business day.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

We are not processing International Orders at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information via email.
